Alper Yüceer

Partner / Business Development

Alper Yüceer has the mission of leading the growth of Just Consulting with more than 25 years of F&B; and retail expertise.

Alper completed degrees in France and the United States in the field of Hotel and Restaurant Management and International Business and started working in his family owned restaurants in different departments.

In 1997, after the inauguration of Turkey's first bistro, he pursued his career as a «Food and Beverage Consultant and General Manager» in Maki Hotel - Bodrum, «Food and Beverage Manager», in The Marmara Bodrum,  «Hotel Manager in Turkey's first HIP hotel - Bentley Hotel Istanbul and was involved as founding partner, managing director of Flamm Restaurant.

With his consulting firm, he assisted more than 30 projects including restaurants, hotels as well as retail concepts between the dates 2005-2011.

Between 2011-2013 he served as "Business Manager” of an international brand "Le Pain Quotidien" opening many stores in İstanbul and growing the operation successfully.

He’s also the local partner of Portland Design Associates, London based retail design company since 2012.

Achievements: Maki awarded the best hotel in 2002 and the best beach in 2003, The Marmara Bodrum, World’s 26th best boutique hotel in 2004, Flamm the best restaurants in the district in 2005, Le Pain Quotidien Turkey  has become the top winner on comp sales in 2011 and 2012 amongs 25 regions in the world.

Gülru Berk

Broad brand experience and great understanding of branding, marketing during 21 years of executive career in ‘Communication’ business; worked 14 years as part of HAVAS WW - World’s 5th biggest global agency network as founding partner of HAVAS ENGAGE ISTANBUL for 10 years, as communication director of EURO RSCG TURKEY & KLAN for more than 4 years, as Senior art Director of WUNDERMAN / WCJ, as Art Director of Reklamcılık.

During her career always partnered her clients in marketing and communication; generating creative strategic business solutions, planning brand loyalty, awareness for multinational and local brands from many different sectors.

Lead client and agency teams to assure impactful and interactive customized communication to deliver best measurable business results. Focusing on; brand equity management, creating growth and added business value for reputable brands.

Mürşit Göksüzoğlu

Graduated from "Le Cordon Bleu" Mursit has undergone various projects.

Apart from his consultancy career he has worked as a "chef de cuisine" at MAC entertainment. Yenisehir Palas Hotel and Kuum Hotel, as sous chef at "Les Ottomans 29" instructor at MSA.

He's pursuing his career as partner /general coordinator at Trattoria La Scarpetta" since 2014

Erminio Conte

Chef Erminio Conte is a native of Italy and has studied and perfected his art throughout Europe before coming to the states. Here he worked in New York City as Executive Chef for some of  the top restaurants in the city such as Barolo, Acquapazza, Cellini and Fiorini. Now he is delighted to bring his expertise across the river to enchant the citizens of New Jersey! corporate executive for big restaurant group (SERAFINA) supervises international openings around the worlds.

He emphasizes his cuisine with fresh and flavorful ingredients that artfully combine to acquire and exquisite taste to each of his dishes. As passionate as his culture is known to be, he applies his passion to his art every day he steps into his kitchen "I do this for love" he says with a smile and little Italian flare, as he begins his day.

Gökhan Karakuş

Member / Business Development and Culinary Curator

Gökhan Karakuş is an Istanbul-based designer, curator, business strategist, historian, architecture critic and theorist who focuses on the indigenous in modern architecture and design. He is the founder and director of Emedya Design, an interactive and environmental design studio that produces design projects, exhibitions, publications and research in the areas of environmental graphic design, architecture, computational design, craft and design history.

As a critic he is a regular contributor to leading global architecture publications such as The Architect's Journal, Architectural Record, Dwell, and Wallpaper as well as being the Editorial Director of Natura, Stone Architecture and Interiors from 2011-2015. He is also a curator of exhibitions on architecture and design in London, Istanbul and New York. He is reviewer and nominator for the Aga Khan Award for Architecture and The European Union Prize for Contemporary Architecture – Mies van der Rohe Award. He has taught design and architecture at Istanbul Technical University, 1999-2014, Politecnico di Milano, Bilgi University, Istanbul. He has been on the Advisory Board for the Turkish National Pavilion, Venice Architecture Biennial, 2014 and the Istanbul Design Biennial, 2016
